The dead bodies of at least 91 people were recovered after flash floods hit northern Baghlan province of Afghanistan.
According to local government officials, over 100 people are feared dead after flash floods swept through Guzargah-e-Noor district.
Head of the provincial natural disaster management department, Ahmad Nasir Kohzad said at least 91 dead bodies including women and children have been recovered so far.
This comes as officials said Saturday that the dead bodies of at least 73 people were recovred.
In the meantime, Kohzad said at least four villages along with the district's main town has been damaged following the flash floods.
He said around 1000 houses were also damaged and nearly 300 families were displaced while dozens of others are still missing.
Kohzad also added that rescue teams have been deployed to the area and adequate food, water and medicines have also been taken to provide first aid to the victims of the incident.
